PetTalk is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app responsibly and never to use sounds to startle, harm, or distress any animal.

2. Premium Features

Premium access is provided via a one-time purchase through Google Play. All sales are final and governed by Google Play's refund policies.

3. Limitation of Liability

PetTalk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any behavioral changes in your pet or any damages resulting from the use of the app.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the app or your access to it at any time for any reason without notice.
